摘要
糖尿病作为一种常见的慢性疾病,目前只能治疗不能治愈。已证实肠道微生物与许多疾病的发生发展有关。而中药在治疗许多疾病方面有确切可靠的效果,中药能明确改变肠道微生物,影响疾病的发生和发展。目前研究肠道微生物在糖尿病发生、发展及治疗中的作用是研究的重点和热点。文章通过分析近年中药及复方在糖尿病微生物方面的研究,总结中药及复方在糖尿病肠道微生物方面的作用和机制,期望为糖尿病治疗药物的研究提供一定线索。
At present, diabetes, as a common chronic disease, can only be treated but not be cured. It has been proven that gut microbes are correlated with the development of many diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite and reliable effect in the treatment of many diseases. It can obviously change intestinal microorganisms and affect the occurrence and development of diseases. Currently, the study on the role of intestinal microorganisms in the occurrence, development and treatment of diabetes has attracted more attention and become hot spot. Based on the analysis of the recent studies on the microorganisms associated with diabetes, this paper summarizes the effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and the compound formulas on the intestinal microorganisms associated with diabetes, in order to provide some clues for the research on the therapeutic drugs of diabetes.
