摘要
目的分析眼科手术室患者感染危险因素,讨论感染风险管理对策。方法回顾2017年7月至2018年8月我院眼科手术室患者的感染情况,分析感染危险因素并制定应对策略。结果2017年7月至2018年8月我院共实施眼科手术1987只眼,均未发生感染。空气污染,医疗器械污染,防控意识薄弱可能是患者发生感染的危险因素。结论规范流程可以有效规避眼科手术感染.注重细节管理是预防眼科手术感染的关键。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of infection in ophthalmic operating room and discuss the countermeasures against the infection risks. Methods The risk factors and countermeasures of infection in ophthalmic operating room were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1,987 cases of eye surgeries were performed from July 2017 to August 2018, and no infection occurred. Air pollution, medical apparatus pollution and insufficient awareness for prevention could be the risk factors of infection. Conclusion Standard procedures can effectively avoid eye surgery-associated infection, and detail-oriented management is the key to prevent eye surgery-associated infection.
