摘要
通过对B400VK钢制U型件热冲压成型过程的有限元数值模拟,分别分析了板料成型初始温度、保压时间和冷却水速对相变组织含量的影响规律。结果表明,为获得含量较多的马氏体组织,优化选取成型初始温度为950℃,保压时间为7 s,冷却水速为4 m/s进行生产试制,试制产品各部分均发现大量板条状马氏体,其含量顶部较高,侧面和法兰依次递减,强度和硬度满足要求,与模拟结果吻合较好。
The influence of initial temperature,holding time and cooling water speed on transformation microconstituent content were analyzed with finite element numerical simulation of hot stamping process for U-shaped part made of B400VK steel.The results show that in order to obtain more martensite,the initial forming temperature is optimized for trial production as 950℃,holding time as 7 s and cooling water rate as 4 m/s.Large amount of lath martensite is found in all parts of the trial products,its content is higher at the top,and decreases gradually at the side and flange,and the strength and hardness meet the requirements,which are in good agreement with the simulation results.
