摘要
通过TDS(Thermal desorption spectroscopy)方法对比研究了两种15-5PH不锈钢棒材的氢陷阱行为,结合慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)试验对比两种试验钢的氢脆敏感性。结果表明,电化学充氢后,充入试样的氢均为可扩散氢;晶界和位错为主要的可逆氢陷阱。充氢后缺口试样的抗拉强度均下降明显;充氢后试样的断口形貌由韧性的韧窝型断裂方式转变为脆性的沿晶断裂方式。
Hydrogen trap behavior of two kinds of 15-5PH stainless steel bars was compared by means of TDS(Thermal desorption spectroscopy),and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of the two steels was compared by slow strain rate tensile(SSRT)test.The results show that after electrochemical hydrogen charging,the hydrogen charged into the specimens is diffusible,and the tensile strength of notched specimens decreases significantly,the fracture morphology changes from dimple fracture to brittle intercrystalline fracture.
