摘要
在渗氧温度低于Tp温度(α+β→β转变温度)下,以空气为渗氧介质,研究不同渗氧温度和保温时间对TA15合金α处理层深度及硬度的影响。结果表明:随着渗氧加热温度和渗氧保温时间的增加,TA15合金α处理层深度及硬度呈升高趋势;渗氧温度对α处理层深度及硬度的影响大于渗氧时间;随着渗氧时间的延长,TA15合金α处理层深度及硬度的增加趋势逐渐变缓。
Effects of oxygen permeation temperature and holding time on the depth and hardness ofαlayer of TA15 alloy were studied under the condition that the oxygen permeation temperature was lower than Tp(α+β→β)temperature and air was used as oxygen permeation medium.The results show that with the increase of heating temperature and holding time of oxygen permeation,the depth and hardness of theαlayer increase;the effect of oxygen permeation temperature on the depth and hardness ofαlayer is greater than that of oxygen permeation time;with the prolonging of oxygen permeation time,the increasing trend of the depth and hardness ofαlayer slows down gradually.
