基于磁性能和尺寸稳定性的G1J50M合金综合性能优化 被引量:3

Comprehensive performance optimization of G1J50M alloy based on magnetic properties and dimensional stability

摘要 为进一步提高新型软磁合金G1J50M的磁性能和尺寸稳定性,采用正交试验设计、直流磁性能自动测量系统、动态尺寸稳定性测试、透射电镜等探索退火温度、保温时间、快冷温度对G1J50M合金最大磁导率、B160、B2000、矫顽力、剩磁和动态尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:退火温度是影响G1J50M合金微屈服强度、最大磁导率与矫顽力的最重要因素。随退火温度的升高,最大磁导率升高,矫顽力降低,微屈服强度升高。退火温度、保温时间和快冷温度对动态尺寸稳定性、饱和磁感应强度、剩磁的影响均不显著。最优工艺为退火温度1150℃,保温时间3 h,快冷温度650℃,此时G1J50M合金的磁性能及尺寸稳定性的综合性能最佳。 In order to further improve the magnetic properties and dimensional stability of a new soft magnetic alloy G1J50M,the effects of annealing temperature,holding time and fast cooling temperature on the maximum permeability,B160,B2000,coercivity,remanence and dynamic dimensional stability of G1J50M alloy were investigated by using of orthogonal test design,DC magnetic performance automatic measurement system,dynamic dimensional stability test,transmission electron microscope,etc.The results show that the annealing temperature is the most important factor affecting the micro-yield strength,maximum permeability and coercivity of G1J50M alloy.As the annealing temperature increases,the maximum magnetic permeability increases,the coercive force decreases,and the micro-yield strength increases.The effects of annealing temperature,holding time and rapid cooling temperature on dynamic dimensional stability,saturation magnetic induction and remanence are not significant.The optimum process is annealing at 1150℃,holding for 3 h,and then fast cooling at 650℃,thus,G1J50M alloy magnetic properties and dimensional stability of the overall performance are best.
