摘要
通过固溶时效处理对选区激光熔化成形的M300马氏体时效钢进行性能优化。结果发现,经过820℃×1 h+500℃×4 h的热处理后,M300钢的硬度为587.7 HV0.2,提高约68%;抗拉强度为1820 MPa,提高约72%,断后伸长率为4%,并未随着强度的增加而显著下降,断口为典型的韧窝状形貌。
Solution and aging treatment was used to optimize the performance of maraging steel M300 formed by selective laser melting.The results show that the hardness of M300 steel is 587.7 HV0.2,the tensile strength is 1820 MPa,after solution at 820℃for 1 h and then aging at 500℃for 4 h.Compared with the original state(before heat treatment),both hardness and strength increase by 68%and 72%,respectively.But the elongation is retained at 4%,which does not decrease obviously with the increase of strength,and the tensile fracture presents typical morphologies of dimple.
