摘要
采用Ti合金化+低锰的成分设计生产出了40 mm厚Q355钢板,分析了轧制工艺对试验钢显微组织及性能的影响,进而讨论了轧后冷却工艺对钢中Ti的析出行为的影响。结果表明:试验钢能够满足Q355A、B级钢板的性能要求;当降低精轧终轧温度至800℃、返红温度至670℃时,更有利于组织的细化以及细小TiC的析出,进而改善钢的性能,但粗大TiN的析出则恶化了钢的低温冲击韧性。
Q355 steel plate with thickness of 40 mm was produced by Ti alloying with low manganese composition,and effects of rolling process on the microstructure and properties were studied,then the effect of cooling process after rolling on the precipitation of Ti was discussed.The results show that the tested steel can meet the performance requirements of Q355A and Q355B steels.The final rolling temperature of 800℃and re-reddening temperature of 670℃are more conducive to the refinement of microstructure and the precipitation of fine TiC,thus improving the performance of steel,while the precipitation of coarse TiN particles deteriorates the low temperature toughness of the steel.
