摘要
采用大气等离子喷涂技术在45钢表面制备了NiCr/Cr3C2涂层,利用SEM、XRD和摩擦磨损试验机对涂层的显微结构、物相组成以及摩擦磨损性能进行了分析。结果表明,该涂层结构致密,涂层的主晶相为NiCr合金相和Cr3C2相,还有少量的NiO和Cr2O3相。涂层的摩擦因数随着温度的升高先增大后减小,400℃时,摩擦因数最大,约为0.8左右,800℃时,摩擦因数最小,约为0.39左右。涂层的磨损率随着温度的升高先增大后稍有降低。低温下,涂层的主要磨损机制是脆性断裂;高温下,主要磨损机制为塑性变形以及氧化。
NiCr/Cr3C2 composite coating was deposited on the surface of 45 steel by atmospheric plasma-spraying technology(APS).Microstructure,phase composition and tribological property of the coating were analyzed by SEM,XRD and friction abrasion testing machine.The results show that the coating has a dense structure,with NiO and Cr2O3 being the main crystal phases,and has a small amount of NiO and Cr2O3.The friction coefficient of coating first increases and then decreases with increasing temperature,with the largest value being about 0.8 at 400℃and the smallest being about 0.39 at 800℃.The wear rate of coating first increases and then slightly decreases with increasing temperature.The main wear mechanism of the coating is brittle rupture at low temperature,and changes to plastic deformation and oxidation at high temperature.
