汽车用冷轧超高强双相钢980DP动态CCT曲线的测定 被引量:6

摘要 采用膨胀法和金相法绘制了超高强双相钢980DP的动态CCT曲线。结果表明:实验钢的高温变形奥氏体在不同冷速下发生铁素体、贝氏体及马氏体相变;冷速低于3℃/s时,相变组织主要为铁素体+贝氏体;冷速达到3℃/s时,变形奥氏体全部转变为贝氏体;冷速达到5℃/s时,变形奥氏体转变为贝氏体和部分马氏体;冷速超过10℃/s小于30℃/s时,奥氏体大部分转变为马氏体和少量转变为贝氏体;冷速达到30℃/s时,奥氏体发生完全马氏体相变;冷却速度在0.1~15℃/s之间,随着冷速的增加实验钢的显微硬度逐渐增大;冷却速度超过15℃/s后,显微硬度趋于稳定。 The dynamic CCT curves of ultra-high strength dual phase steel 980 DP were drawn by expansion method and metallographic method. The results show that the high temperature deformed austenite of the experimental steel changes to ferrite, bainite and martensite at different cooling rates. When the cooling rate is lower than 3 ℃/s, the transformation microstructure is mainly ferrite and bainite;when the cooling rate reaches 3 ℃/s, all the deformed austenite is transformed into bainite;when the cooling rate reaches 5 ℃/s, the deformed austenite is transformed into bainite and partial martensite;when the cooling rate is in the range of 10-30 ℃/s, most of the austenite is transformed into martensite and a small amount into bainite;when the cooling rate reaches 30 ℃/s, the austenite is completely transformed into martensite. In addition, when the cooling rate is between 0.1 ℃/s and 15 ℃/s, the microhardness of the steel increases gradually with the increase of cooling rate, and when the cooling rate exceeds 15 ℃/s, the microhardness tends to be stable.
