微量Ti对H13热作模具钢组织性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of trace Ti on microstructure and properties of H13 hot working die steel

摘要 利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析了微量元素Ti对H13钢力学性能、热稳定性、回火稳定性的影响。结果表明:质量分数为0.127%的Ti提高了H13钢的硬度、室温及高温(450℃)抗拉强度、塑性,其硬度提高到51.9 HRC;室温抗拉强度和高温(450℃)抗拉强度分别提高了258 MPa和192 MPa;室温拉伸的断面收缩率由38.0%提升到46.4%,高温拉伸(450℃)的断面收缩率从38.8%提升到50.0%。600℃以下的回火稳定性,回火时间在16~50 h的热稳定性均有所提高。H13钢碳化物主要为V8C7、M23C6和M7C3;含Ti的H13钢碳化物主要为富Cr的M23C6、M7C3和V2C。 The effects of trace element Ti on mechanical properties, thermal stability and tempering stability of H13 steel were analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and X-ray diffractometer(XRD). The results show that the hardness, tensile strength and plasticity of the H13 steel are improved by the addition of 0.127% Ti at room temperature and high temperature(450 ℃). The hardness of the H13 steel containing Ti is increased to 51.9 HRC, the tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature(450 ℃) increases by 258 MPa and 192 MPa, respectively, the cross section shrinkage at room temperature increases from 38.0% to 46.4%, and the cross section shrinkage at high temperature(450 ℃) increases from 38.8% to 50.0%. The tempering stability of the steel containing Ti below 600 ℃ is improved, and the thermal stability of the steel containing Ti after tempering at 600 ℃ for 16-50 h is improved too. The carbides of the H13 steel are mainly V8C7, M23C6 and M7C3, and the carbides of the H13 steel containing Ti are mainly Cr rich M23C6, M7C3 and V2C.
