摘要
采用热压缩试验研究了AZ81-0.5Sb镁合金在变形温度为300~450℃、应变速率为0.01~1 s-1条件下的热变形行为。结果表明:该合金在热压缩变形过程中,流变应力受变形温度和应变速率的影响。在一定应变速率下,流变应力随着变形温度的升高而降低;在一定变形温度下,流变应力随着应变速率的减小而减小。该合金的热压缩流变应力可用双曲正弦形式的本构方程来描述,热变形激活能为213 kJ/mol。
The hot deformation behavior of AZ81-0.5Sb magnesium alloy at deformation temperatures of 300-450 ℃ and strain rates of 0.01-1 s-1 was investigated by hot compression tests. The results show that the flow stress of the alloy is affected by deformation temperature and strain rate during hot compression deformation. The flow stress of the alloy decreases with the increase of deformation temperature at the same strain rate, and decreases with the decrease of strain rate at the same deformation temperature. The hot compression flow stress of the alloy can be described by hyperbolic-sine constitutive equation, and the hot deformation activation energy of the alloy is 213 kJ/mol.
