摘要
针对产品语义描述现象,分析语义描述规律,构建语义驱动的产品原型设计方法。基于产品属性和语义链接进行语义结构性分析;选取轿车进行语义描述,运用分析统计方法验证语义描述的规律;将产品原型分解为类型特征和造型特征,以案例设计的方式探讨并验证产品原型的设计方法;基于语义描述现象归纳语义分层链接结构,根据语义分层链接结构,从类型特征和造型特征两方面获取产品原型特征。通过侦察车设计案例构建了产品原型的设计方法。研究表明:运用语义分层链接结构能够辅助获取产品原型特征,为产品创新设计提供参考。
Aiming at product semantic description phenomenon,the law of product semantic description was analyzed to construct product prototype design method driven by semantics.Semantic structure analysis was performed based on product attributes and semantic links.A car was selected to perform semantic description.Analysis statistical method was used to verify the law of semantic description.The product prototype was divieded into type features and shape features.The design method of product prototype was discussed and verified using case design.Semantic hierarchical link structure was concluded based on semantic description phenomenon.Product prototype features were obtained from type features and modeling features according to semantic hierarchical link structure.The design method of product prototype was constructed through reconnaissance vehicle design.The resutls showed that product prototype features could be obtained auxiliarily using semantic hierarchical link structure.This could have certain value to product innovation design.
