摘要
采用HyperWorks软件对客车加热器支架的几种工况建立有限元模型并进行强度分析,然后根据分析结果采用Solidthinking Inspire软件进行拓扑分析,再用HyperWorks软件验证拓扑结果的合理性,旨在根据分析结果对支架结构进行改进,从而进行轻量化设计。
FE model of the bus heater’s bracket under multiple loading conditions is worked out and analyzed by means ofthe HyperWorks software. Based on the above analysis,the bus heater*s bracket is subject to topological optimization with theSolidthinking Inspire software. Finally,the rationality of the results of topological optimization is verified with the aid of theSolidthinking Inspire software. It provides basis and approach for structural optimization and lightweight design of the busheater’s bracket.
