摘要
为满足当前设备研制试验需要,解决现有闭口高速风洞难以承担的特殊气动力问题,急需建设一座高速自由射流风洞。扩压器是高速自由射流风洞中一个极其重要的组成部分,主要包括收集器、平直段和亚扩段。它直接影响通过试验段后高速气流的压力恢复能力,从而影响着风洞的启动特性和运行效率。文中的扩压器主要解决了部段大范围移动、减振孔开度调节、减振防跳设计及收集器转向设计等关键技术问题。采用N X软件建立扩压器三维模型;通过Abaqus软件完成扩压器关键部件及整体部段的静力学分析;最后根据气动力数据,完成扩压器动力学分析。仿真计算结果验证了结构设计的合理性。
In order to solve the problem of the special aerodynamic force that is difficult to bear in the existing closed highspeedwind tunnel and meet the needs of equipment research and test,a high-speed free jet wind tunnel is badly in need. Thediffuser is an important component in the high-speed wind tunnel,which contains collector,straight section and expansion section.It directly affects the pressure recovery of the high-speed airflow after the test section,and then affects the wind tunnel'sstarting characteristics and efficiency. In this article,the design of the diffuser solves the key technical problems such as thewide mobile range,the opening adjustment of the damping-hole, the vibration-reducing and anti-jump design,the directionwhirling of the collector. The NX software is adopted to work out the 3-D model of the diffuser;then,the statics analysis is conductedon the key components during the whole period;finally,the dynamics analysis is carried out on the diffuser according tothe data on aerodynamics. The simulation results prove that the structure design is rationale.
