单向陶瓷基复合材料横向弯曲试验研究

Experimental study on the transverse bending of unidirectional ceramic matrix composites

摘要 编织复合材料由于其复杂的纤维编织结构,其界面力学性能的测试与表征较困难。为了研究编织复合材料的界面力学性能,探明复合材料界面剥离强度,文中设计并制备了单向模型复合材料,开展相关横向弯曲试验。结果表明,C/SiC采用PyC界面时,其界面剥离强度约为3 M Pa,远低于界面剪切强度。通过对界面强度的综合分析,揭示了编织复合材料的界面力学性能。文中研究不仅对拓展C/SiC的应用具有重要的经济意义,而且可为编织复合材料界面力学的研究提供一定的理论和试验支撑。 Woven composites are difficult to test and characterize the interface mechanical properties due to its complex fiber-braid structure.In order to explore the interfacial mechanical properties of braided composites and to identify their interfacial peel strength,unidirectional model composites are developed,and the related experiments of transverse are carried out.The results show that when C/SiC adopts the PyC interface,the interfacial peel strength is about 3 MPa,which is much lower than the inteifacial shear strength.The comprehensive analysis is carried out on the interface strengthen order to identify the interfacial mechanical properties of braided composites.The research not only has important economic significance for expanding the application of C/SiC,but also provides theoretical and experimental support for the study on the interfacial mechanics of braided composites.
