QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法分析鲜茶叶中6种杀虫剂的残留及消解动态 被引量:18

Residue and dissipation dynamics of six insecticides in fresh tea by QuEChERS-gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱同时检测鲜茶中联苯菊酯、溴氰虫酰胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、噻虫胺、高效氯氟氰菊酯和螺虫乙酯残留的分析方法。样品选用乙腈提取,以乙二胺-N丙基硅烷吸附剂和多壁碳纳米管组合净化,结合GC-MS/MS检测。结果表明:在5~500μg/L范围内,6种杀虫剂呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R 2≥0.995,目标化合物均存在基质增强效应。在0.005,0.5,5 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,目标化合物的平均回收率均在82.1%~109.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为0.9%~4.1%。6种杀虫剂在鲜茶中的方法定量限(LOQ)均为5μg/kg。6种杀虫剂在鲜茶叶中的消解半衰期为3.0~14.1 d。方法适用于鲜茶叶中6种农药残留的检测。 A method for the simultaneous determination of bifenthrin,cyanamide,chlorantraniliprole,clothianidin,λ-cyhalothrin and spirotetramat residues in fresh tea was established by QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,purified with ethylenediamine-n propylsilane adsorbent and multi-wall carbon nanotubes,and detected by GC-MS/MS.The results showed that in the range of 5-500μg/L,the six insecticides have good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient R 2≥0.995,and the target compounds have matrix-induced response enhancement effect.At the three levels of 0.005,0.5 and 5 mg/kg,the average recoveries of the target compounds were ranged from 82.1%to 109.2%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were ranged from 0.9%to 4.1%.The limits of quantitation(LOQ)of the six insecticides in fresh tea were 5μg/kg.The digestion half-life of the six insecticides in fresh tea leaves was 3.0 to 14.1 d.The method is suitable for detecting six pesticide residues in fresh tea leaves.
