摘要
目的探究个体化护理干预在霉菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用效果。方法择取平原县第一人民医院2018年5月至2019年8月期间收治的76例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,根据数字表法进行随机分组,其中对照组38例,观察组38例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用个体化护理干预,比较两组患者自我护理能力评分和对护理服务满意度。结果观察组患者自我护理能力评分显著高于对照组,护理满意度94.74%显著高于对照组76.32%,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为霉菌性阴道炎患者开展个体化护理干预有利于增强患者的自护能力,并提升其对医院护理服务满意度,对患者的康复有积极意义,故值得在临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing intervention in die treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods Seventy-six patient with fungal vaginitis admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided according to the digital table method,including 3S cases in the control group and 3S cases in the observation group.The control group and the observation group carried out routine nursing and individualized nursing respectively.The self-care ability scores and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction rate of musing was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.32%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.O5).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for patients with fungal vaginitis is conducive to enhancing the self-protection ability of patients,and improving then satisfaction with hospital nursing services,which has positive significance for the rehabilitation of patients,so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
