摘要
针对输变电系统断路器液压机构进行改进,利用真空雾化原理设计了一种不影响原供油系统的支路型连续除气装置。除气系统采取真空舱与常压舱双舱联动设计,利用通用继电器与液位控制器之间的逻辑组合,实现装置内双舱油路通断、断路器用油需求跟踪以及低功耗待机。研究结果表明,在不影响原油路的情况下,通过对比除气前后液压油含气量,装置除气效率与真空度呈良好的正相关关系,可大幅减少液压断路器因液压油含气而导致的操作故障问题。
Aiming at improving the hydraulic mechanism of circuit breaker in power transmission and transformation system,we designed a kind of continuous degassing device based on the principle of vacuum atomization that would not affect the original oil supply system.The degassing system adopted the linkage design of vacuum chamber and atmospheric chamber.The logic combination between general relay and liquid level controller realized the on-off control of double compartment oil circuit,the tracking of oil demand for circuit breakers and the low power-consumption standby.The results showed that,the degassing efficiency of the device was positively correlated with the vacuum degree,which could greatly reduce failures of hydraulic circuit breaker caused by the gas in hydraulic oil.
