摘要
利用[O 2/Al/9O 2]铺层的混杂双稳定层合板与线性弹簧并联,设计了一种具有高静态刚度低动态刚度的新型微振动隔振装置。通过试验研究发现相比线性隔振系统,设计的新型隔振装置可以有效降低隔振系统的固有频率,拓宽系统的隔振频带,且在隔振频带内隔振效果优于线性隔振系统。
A novel micro-vibration isolation device with high static stiffness&low dynamic stiffness was constructed by using hybrid bi-stable laminate with[O2/Al/9O2]laminates in parallel with linear springs.Compared with the linear vibration isolation system,the newly-designed vibration isolation device could effectively reduce the natural frequency of the vibration isolation system,and could broaden the frequency band of the system.Its effect of vibration isolation in the frequency band was better than that of the linear vibration isolation system.
