摘要
根据实际消防作业需求,运用有限元法的结构优化设计,研发了一种新颖、实用、轻巧、可靠的消防牵引机械手,可以实现高压消防水带的快速搬运,夹紧可靠,结构刚性良好,能够实现机械自锁。该牵引机械手可以广泛应用于消防演习和火灾现场,有效降低消防员的工作强度,提高消防作业效率。
According to the actual requirements of fire fighting operation,a novel,practical,lightweight and reliable fire fighting traction manipulator has been developed by using the structural optimization design of finite element method.It can realize fast handling of high pressure fire hose,reliable clamping,good structural rigidity and self locking.The traction manipulator can be widely used in fire drills and fire scene,which can effectively reduce the working strength of fire fighters and improve the efficiency of fire fighting operation.
