探讨超声心动图诊断新生儿左心室发育不良综合征（HLHS）的临床价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的:通过采用超声心动图诊断的方式,对出现左心室发育不良的新生儿进行相关诊断,对其临床价值进行探究。方法:通过选取参与本次2013—2018年近5年内的10例左心室发育不良综合征患者,其中经病理及MRI检查均表现为左心室发育不良综合征。结果:通过进行临床查验,18-三体、21-三体、47XY+mar、46XY+mar异常四种情况,其所占比例分别为30.0%、20.0%、40.0%、10.0%。新生儿呈现不同程度的左心室发育不良状态。结论:通过对超声心动图进行应用,能够明显判定左心室发育不良等相关情况,具有一定的价值。
