摘要
目的:分析心电图ST-T改变在冠心病诊断过程中的应用与诊断价值。方法:研究对象选择2016年1月—2018年12月期间在我院心血管内科收治的90例行冠状动脉造影患者,冠状动脉造影结果确定冠心病的患者,通过采集入院后的静息心电图,按照明尼苏达编码进行ST-T的异常统计,然后对所有患者的心率展开分析研究,排除心率对于ST-T产生的影响。对于冠状动脉造影阳性患者进行进一步诊断,了解是单支病变还是多支病变,确定心电图改变在诊断过程中的应用方式与应用结果。结果:90例患者当中,冠状动脉造影阳性患者80例,心电图在阳性改变的例数为55例;冠状动脉造影阴性患者10例,心电图阳性改变的例数为5例。数据结果差异显著(P<0.05),结果具有统计学意义。结论:在已经确诊为冠心病的患者群体当中,心电图ST-T改变可以明确患者出现多支病变的阳性率情况,同时具有明确的辅助作用,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application and diagnostic value of ecg st-t segment changes in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods The research object to choose between January 2016 and December 2018 in our hospital during the period of cardiovascular internal medicine,90 patients who underwent coronary angiography treated patients with coronary heart disease,coronary angiography result is made by resting ecg acquisition after admission,carried out in accordance with the Minnesota code ST-t anomaly statistics,analysis and spread to all the patient's heart rate,excluding the impact of heart rate for ST-t.For patients with positive coronary angiography,further diagnosis was conducted to understand whether single-branch lesions or multi-branch lesions,and application methods and results of ecg changes in the diagnosis process were determined.Results Among the 90 patients,80 patients had positive coronary angiography and 55 patients had positive electrocardiogram.There were 10 patients with negative coronary angiography and 5 patients with positive electrocardiogram.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients who have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease,changes in the st-t segment of electrocardiogram can clarify the positive rate of multi-branch lesions in patients,and have a clear auxiliary role,with clinical promotion value.
