摘要
目的:探究CT低剂量扫描显示磨玻璃结节在早期肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:选取我院体检80例患者作为研究对象,根据病理诊断结果分为两组,各组40例。其中观察组为恶性组,对照组为良性组。对比两组患者的扫描结果。结果:两组患者的血管集束征、支气管征、空泡征、分叶征、结节边缘、结节直径、结节形状相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的毛刺征无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在早期肺癌诊断中CT低剂量扫描,可有效辅助鉴别结节的良恶性。
Objective To investigate the value of low-dose CT scan in the diagnosis of early stage lung cancer.Methods 80 patients in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the pathological diagnosis results,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The observation group was a malignant group and the control group was a benign group.Compare the scan results of the two groups of patients.Results There were significant differences in vascular bundle sign,bronchial sign,vacuole sign,lobulated sign,nodular margin,nodule diameter,and nodular shape between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the burr sign(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-dose CT scan in the diagnosis of early lung cancer can effectively identify the benign and malignant nodules.
