摘要 中华文化资源丰富,有其强大的生命力,但长久以来中国秉承谦虚与低调的理念,文化对外输出效果有限,为提高国家的国际话语权,需对中华文化走出去的现状进行剖析,寻找问题症结所在。地方高校作为社会主体力量的培育者,在中华文化对外传播中具有举足轻重的地位。本文立足于新时期社会变化,通过研究中华文化走出去中战略部署的意义与现状,来探索和解析地方高校以及影视传媒专业,为应对文化对外传播的实践项目提供一些实用性和可操作性的启发和建议。 Chinese culture is rich in resources and has strong vitality.But for a long time,China has been adhering to the concept of modesty and low-key,and the effect of cultural export is limited.In order to improve the country's international discourse power,it is necessary to analyze the current situation of Chinese culture going out and find the crux of the problem.Local colleges and universities,as the cultivators of social main forces,play an important role in the external communication of Chinese culture.Based on the social changes in the new era,this paper studies the significance and current situation of the strategic deployment of Chinese culture in going global,to explore and analyze local universities and film and television media majors,and to provide some practical and operational inspiration and suggestions for the practical projects of cultural external communication.
