Key Lifting Techniques for the Heavy-Duty Super-Large-Span Steel Truss of Station Housing

摘要 针对重型超大跨度站房钢桁架提升施工这一技术难点,结合钢桁架总跨度90~120 m、总重约6770 t的某站房钢桁架屋盖施工,采用“楼面拼装﹑整体提升”的技术进行施工。对钢桁架整体提升中的关键技术,包括支撑体系设置﹑提升吊点布置﹑提升平台设计等进行了阐述。工程应用表明,采用的施工方法具有施工快捷、安全性高等优点,对同类工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义。 Aiming at solving the technical difficulty in lifting the heavy-duty super-large span steel truss for station housing,the techniques of floor-assembling and integral lifting are adopted for the roof-laying construction of a certain housing roof of a railway station,the total span of which ranges from 90 to 120 m and the total weight is about 6770 t.Introduced in the present paper are the key techniques for the integral lifting,which include the provision of the support systems,the arrangement of the lifting points of the support,the design of the lift platform and the like.The engineering application of the techniques shows that the construction method has the advantages of being convenient and quick in operation,high in security and the like.The techniques may serve as a useful reference for other projects of the same type.
