摘要
物资航空投送转运作为战略投送基地的重要职能,在保障部队执行多样化任务中起着重要作用。在定义物资航空投送转运作业线概念的基础上,依据物资航空投送转运作业流程和功能区建设实际,规划设计了6类典型的物资航空投送转运作业线结构。为优化设计物资航空投送转运作业线、合理规划物资航空投送转运系统提供了技术支持。对提高战略投送基地物资航空投送保障能力、降低运行成本、提高经济效益具有重要意义。
As one of the important functions of the strategic delivery base,the base plays an important role in helping the support force carry out various military tasks.Upon the basis of defining the concept of the transshipping operation routes for air-delivered supplies,six typical air-delivery transshipping operation route structures are planned and designed in the light of the transshipping operation flow and the actual construction of the functional zones.Our research may provide technical support for optimizing the design of the material air delivery and transshipping operation routes and rationally planning the material air delivery transshipping systems and thus is of much importance in improving the capability of strategic delivery bases,reducing operation costs,and bettering economic benefits.
