摘要
介绍了神华烟煤配煤炼焦在韶钢4.3 m焦炉的工业应用情况,分析了配入3%~6%的神华烟煤,焦炭质量指标的变化及生产出合格冶金焦,配合煤指标、配合煤粉碎细度满足的一定条件。实践结果表明:配用3%~6%神华烟煤,可以生产出合格冶金焦,且在保持焦炭冷热强度达标的基础上,进一步降低焦炭灰分和硫分;配合煤G值保持在84%~86%,Y值保持在15.5~16.5 mm,粉碎细度保持在70%~80%,有利于生产出合格冶金焦,同时降低配煤成本。
The industrial application of blending Shenhua bituminous coal for coking in 4.3 m coke oven at SGIS is introduced.The change of coke quality index and the production of qualified metallurgical coke with 3%~6%Shenhua bituminous coal blended are analyzed.Some conditions are satisfied with coal blended index and pulverization fineness.Practice results show that qualified metallurgical coke can be made with 3%~6%Shenhua bituminous coal,and ash and sulphur content in coke can be further reduced on the basis of keeping the cold and hot strength of coke up to the standard;the G value of matched coal is kept in the range of 84%~86%,Y value is kept in the range of 15.5~16.5mm,and grinding fineness is kept in the range of 70%~80%,which is conducive to producing qualified metallurgical coke and reducing the cost of coal blending.
