摘要
【目的】为了提高核桃破壳划口质量,将激光划口技术应用于核桃划口加工,设计了一种激光划口装置.【方法】采用单因素试验研究了核桃运输速度(A)、激光功率(B)、离焦量(C)对核桃划口质量的影响;然后以划痕率、划口率、划伤率为评价指标,通过正交试验确定A、B、C 3种因素的一组最优解.【结果】适宜激光划口的最佳工艺参数为:核桃运输速度25 mm/s,激光功率130 W,离焦量为2 mm.在最优的组合条件下对核桃进行划口试验,此时划痕率为7%,划口率为91%,划伤率为2%.【结论】研究结果可为开发休闲入味核桃和大规模核桃破壳取仁提供技术及理论支撑.
【Object】In order to improve walnut shell cutting quality,a laser cutting device was designed with the laser cutting technology.【Method】The effects of walnut transportation speed(A),laser power(B)and defocusing amount(C)on the cutting characteristics of walnut were studied by single factor test.Then the scratch marks rate,the cutting rate and the scratch rate were used as the evaluation index to select the optimal combination of three factors(A,B and C)through the orthogonal experiment.【Result】The optimal process parameters optimized for the laser notch were:25 mm/s transport speed,130 W laser power and 2 mm defocusing amount.Under the optimal combination conditions,the scratch rate was 7%,pass rate was 91%,and injured rate was 2%.【Conclusion】The results provide a theoretical basis for developing snack food and large-scale shell breaking and kernel processing.
