豌豆-根瘤菌共生体对盐分胁迫的生理响应 被引量:6

Physiological responses of pea-rhizobium symbionts to salt stress

摘要 【目的】研究接种根瘤菌对豌豆响应盐胁迫影响的生理机制.【方法】以耐盐性强的‘定豌8号’和耐盐性弱的‘陇豌6号’2个品种豌豆为植物材料,豌豆根瘤菌ACCC15657和ACCC15735以及苜蓿根瘤菌Ca66为3个根瘤菌材料,在轻度盐分胁迫(35 mmol/L NaCl)和重度盐分胁迫(105 mmol/L NaCl)下,研究接种和不接种根瘤菌对豌豆植株株高、鲜重、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的影响.【结果】接种根瘤菌对株高无明显影响,但ACCC15735对‘陇豌6号’鲜质量影响显著.‘定豌8号’接种根瘤菌后,耐盐性有所增强,轻度盐分胁迫下接种ACCC15735,SOD活性3个生长时期分别提高了116.59%、44.03%、28.16%;MDA含量在花期和结荚期分别降低了48.33%和57.55%,脯氨酸含量3个生长时期分别提高了21.71%、22.63%、18.55%;可溶性糖含量3个生长时期分别提高192.43%、132.93%、69.18%,重度胁迫下也得到相似结果.POD活性的变化与SOD相反,多数处理中SOD活性较强时,POD活性则较弱.尽管‘陇豌6号’接种根瘤菌也呈现一定的耐盐性,但较‘定豌8号’弱.【结论】豌豆接种根瘤菌后了耐盐性增强,以根瘤菌ACCC15735接种效果最好. 【Objective】o investigate the physiological mechanisms of the effects of inoculated rhizobium on peas in response to salt stress..【Method】Two varieties of peas,‘Dingwan No.8’with strong salt tolerance and‘Longwan No.6’with weak salt tolerance,were used as plant materials,three rhizobium materials are pea rhizobium ACCC15657 and ACCC15735 and alfalfa rhizobium Ca66,the plant height and fresh weight,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activities,and malondialdehyde(MDA),proline and soluble sugar content was measured under mild salt stress(35 mmol/L NaCl)and severe salt stress(105 mmol/L NaCl).【Result】Rhizobium inoculation had no significant effect on plant height,but ACCC15735 had significant effect on fresh weight of‘Longwan No.6’.The salt tolerance of‘Dingwan No.8’inoculated with rhizobia was higher than control.Under mild stress,in ACCC15735 inoculation treatment,the activity of SOD increased by 116.59%,44.03%and 28.16%respectively at 3 growth stages,the MDA content decreased by 48.33%and 57.55%at flowering and fruiting stages.Proline content increased by 21.71%,22.63%,18.55%and soluble sugar content by 192.43%,132.93%,69.18%respectively at 3 growth stages.Similar results were obtained under severe salt stress.The change of POD activity was contrary to that of SOD.When SOD activity was higher,POD activity was lower in most treatments.‘Longwan No.6’inoculated with rhizobia had similar effect as‘Dingwan No.8’,but the effects were weaker than that in‘Dingwan No.8’.【Conclusion】Inoculation treatment enhanced salt tolerance of peas,and different combinations of pea varieties and rhizobium strains had different performance on salt tolerance.Strain ACCC15735 showed the best performance.
