摘要
【目的】研究分析124份优异抗旱冬小麦的亲缘关系和遗传多样性,为小麦抗旱亲本选择提供理论依据.【方法】利用35K基因芯片对小麦全基因组进行扫描,并在PowermarkerV3.2.5中计算等位变异频率、遗传多样性指数和多态性信息量;采用非加权平均法(UPGMA)对124份小麦材料进行分类.【结果】通过全基因组扫描,共筛选出15947个多态性SNP标记,每个多态性SNP位点平均等位变异频率为0.75,遗传多样性指数为0.35,多态性信息量为0.31,根据遗传相似系数,采用UPGMA在遗传相似系数0.38处将124份冬小麦材料分为7个亚群.【结论】在长期的育种过程中促进了不同区域的小麦种质材料之间的基因交流,但是在部份相同地理来源的材料之间的遗传多样性仍较差,因此在育种过程中应该引进新的品种,丰富小麦的遗传背景.
【Objective】To analyze the genetic relationship and genetic diversity of 124 drought resistant winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),and to provide theoretical basis for the selection of drought resistant parents.【Method】The whole genome of wheat was scanned by 35K gene chip,and the allelic variation frequency,genetic diversity index and polymorphism information content were calculated in Powermarker V3.2.5,and the unweight pair method using arithmetic averages(UPGMA)was used to classify 124 wheat materials.【Result】A total of 15947 polymorphic SNP markers were obtained by whole genome scanning.The average allele variation frequency of each polymorphic SNP locus was 0.75,the genetic diversity index was 0.35,and the polymorphism information was 0.31.According to the genetic similarity coefficient,UPGMA was used to divide 124 winter wheat materials into 7 subsets at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.38.【Conclusion】In the long-term breeding process,the genetic exchange between wheat germline materials in different regions is promoted,but the genetic diversity among materials of the same geographical origin is still poor,so new varieties should be introduced in the breeding process and enrich the genetic diversity of wheat.
