芬兰学徒制培训质量管理保障机制建设的经验与启示

摘要 强化质量管理保障机制建设,一直是芬兰学徒培养工作中的重要内容。目前,芬兰已经建立起了集“目标机制、主体机制、评估机制、技术机制以及环境机制”五位一体的质量管理保障机制,为芬兰高素质技能型人才培养提供了全面保障。借鉴芬兰的先进经验,深入探讨我国现代学徒制质量管理体系建设路径,建议科学确立现代学徒制人才培养的主体,明确现代学徒的双重身份,构建现代学徒制质量管理的相关战略规划和质量评估机制,发挥企业导师在现代学徒培养中的作用。 Strengthening the construction of quality management and guarantee mechanism has always been an important part of the training of apprentices in Finland.At present,Finland has established a five-in-one quality management insurance mechanism including“target mechanism,main mechanism,evaluation mechanism,technical mechanism and environmental mechanism”,which provides comprehensive guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel in Finland.Learning from the advanced experience of Finland,this paper probes into the path of the construction of the modern apprenticeship quality management system.It is recommended to scientifically establish the main body of modern apprenticeship training,clarify the dual identity of modern apprentices,construct relevant strategic planning and quality assessment mechanism for modern apprenticeship quality management,and play the role of corporating instructors in modern apprenticeship training.
