摘要
实验教学是生命科学学科培养实践型、创新型专业技术人才的重要途径;分子生物学实验教学延伸课堂的教学实践,在我院分子生物学实验的基础上,深入开展优化实验教学结构,多部门联合实践教学,实验教学队伍121模式,注重专业特点的数据化考核,实验平台开放制度等改革措施。通过课堂体系的延伸,构建了分子生物学实验教学的新体系,使学生在实验理解、实验技能巩固、视野拓展、讨论、实践等多方面有了新的教学体验。本探索为以提高生物类专业本科生的实验综合能力为目标的实验教学积累了新的经验。
Experimental teaching is an important way to cultivate practical and innovative professional and technical talents in life science.The proportion of comprehensive experiment should be added in the teaching practice of molecular biology experiment.Many measures such as multi-department practice teaching;121 model of experimental teaching team;data assessment;laboratory opening system and other reform measures are implemented.Spreading through the class system,a new system is established,the molecular biology experiment teaching makes students understand the experiment,consolidate their experiment skills,expand their field of vision,discussion and practice experience.It is a new teaching exploration to improve the experimental biology comprehensive ability for undergraduates.
