摘要
基于高分子丝肽功能化石墨烯(SP-Gr)的制备、表征及在多巴胺电化学传感中的应用,构建了综合实验体系。采用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X-射线光电子能谱、X-射线衍射、紫外/可见光谱等表征丝肽功能化石墨烯纳米复合材料。将SP-Gr纳米复合物修饰至玻碳电极表面构建多巴胺电化学传感器,采用伏安法和交流阻抗谱表征传感界面,优化了实验条件,并实现了多巴胺电化学分析检测。
Herein,a comprehensive experiment was developed based on the fabrication and characterization of high-molecular-weight silk peptide functionalized graphene nanosheets(SP-Gr)and its application in electrochemical sensing of dopamine.In this experiment,transmission electron microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and UV-Vis spectroscopy were used to characterize SP-Gr nanocomposites.SP-Gr nanocomposites were coated onto a glassy carbon electrode surface to fabricate an electrochemical sensor for determining dopamine.Experimental conditions for dopamine determination were optimized.An effective method was developed for determining dopamine.
