摘要
随着学校规模逐步扩大,如果以过去电话报修的方式进行高校设备的维护,显然不符合大环境发展的趋势。为了加快学校建设“智慧校园”的步伐,设计出基于.NET框架、JAVA、数据中心数据交互和标准接口API技术的校园在线报修平台的实现方案。从需求分析、数据库设计、功能设计、系统研发实现等方面进行了阐述。该平台实现的主要功能包括:设备的报修、技术支持服务申请、报修工单跟踪处理、报修情况查询、统计和报表生成、后台各类功能设置等功能。
With the gradual expansion of the scale of the school,if the maintenance mode of university equipment is operated by telephone repairscall in the past,it is not in line with the trend of the general environment.In order to accelerate the pace of building a"smart campus",a campus maintain system based on.NET framework,JAVA,data center data interaction and standard interface API technology is designed.The realization scheme of online repair platform.T,the requirements analysis,database design,function design,system development and implementation are elaborated.The main functions of the platform include:equipment repair,technical support service application,repair order tracking,repair information query,statistics and report generation,background functions and other functions.
