摘要
早在2015年7月6日发布的《关于促进智能电网发展的指导意见》中,国家发改委、能源局便提出要“支持水、气、电集采集抄,建设跨行业能源运行动态数据集成平台,鼓励能源与信息基础设施共享复用”。本文以“多表合一”为背景,提出了促进系统构建的几点思路,并对其未来建设及应用前景进行了探析。
As early as July 6,2015,the“Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Smart Grids”,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Bureau proposed to“support the collection and copying of water,gas and electricity,and build dynamic data on energy operation across industries.An integrated platform that encourages the sharing of energy and information infrastructure.”Based on the background of“multi-form--”,this paper puts forward some ideas to promote the system construction,and analyzes its future construction and application prospects.
