摘要
剪板机作为金属加工行业中的常用锻压设备,被广泛应用于冶金、轻工、建筑等板材需求较大的领域,但是,目前一些剪板机不能实现精确高效的板料加工,本文采用PLC作为剪板机的核心控制方式进行设计,并在实践中对剪板机控制系统的计算方法进行优化。
As a forging equipment commonly used in metal processing industry,plate shearing machines are widely used in metallurgy,light industry,construction and other areas where the plate demand is more needed.However,at present,some plate shearing machines can't achieve precise and efficient sheet metal processing.Therefor,this paper uses the PLC as the core control mode of the plate shearing machines,optimize the plate shearing machines control system design.
