摘要
对现用的行星轮系研磨机进行数学建模,并利用Matlab对其进行运动轨迹仿真。通过优化结构,改变机构自由度,创新设计出一种新颖的双驱动变杆长研磨机结构。利用坐标变换和ADAMS软件进行实体建模并添加合适的驱动、约束,设置合适的仿真时间和步长,得到研磨头工位点的运动轨迹。从理论上验证了该研磨机结构的可行性。通过对比仿真结果初步了解对系统运动影响最大的参数,并为以后的深入研究奠定基础。
By mathematical modeling of the existing planetary wheel grinder and its motion track simulation by Matlab,a new type double drive variable rod length grinder structure has been innovated by structure optimization and mechanism freedom improvement.Further solid modeling has been implemented by coordinates change and ADAMS software,meanwhile motion track of grinder head working point has been worked out by inputting suitable drive and constraint and setting applicable simulation time and step,then feasibility of the grinder structure has been verified in theoretically.Most influenced parameter on system motion has been obtained by comparing simulation results in order to provide basis for deeper research.
