摘要
通过对桥式起重机主梁进行力学拓扑优化,用灵敏度过滤法分析不同过滤半径对优化结构的影响。选择合适的惩罚因子和过滤半径,解决了有限元拓扑优化的中部优化不稳定现象,使约束条件下主梁材料最优分布,使起重机主梁轻量化,同时提高基频。
By applying mechanical topology optimization of bridge crane girder,effects of different filtration radiuses on optimized structure have been analyzed by sensitivity filtration method.Selection of correct penalty factor and filtration radius solved unstable situation in the middle location of finite topology optimization,which realized optimum distribution of girder material under constraint,lightened crane girder and increased basic frequency.
