摘要
近年来因精子DNA损伤所致的不育逐渐成为男性不育症的研究热点和治疗难点,李祥云教授融汇中西,将中医辨证论治概念进行延伸拓展,针对目前精子DNA损伤重要指标精子DFI指数,采用中医整体论治,认为病位在肾,离不开脾胃运化功能协助,其中瘀血湿毒常常交互存在,需要分证治之,取得显著临床疗效。
In recent years,infertility caused by sperm DNA damage has gradually become a research hotspot of male infertility and treatment difficulty.Professor Li Xiangyun,who combines Chinese and western medicine,extends the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.In view of the current important index of sperm DNA damage,sperm DFI index is treated by the holistic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that the location of the disease is in the kidney and can not be separated from the function of spleen and stomach,in which blood stasis and dam Often interaction,which requires differentiation of symptoms and signs to achieve significant clinical efficacy.
