摘要
成品油调和是燃料型炼厂生产的最后一道流程,一次调和成功率对高效、平稳生产起到重要作用。针对调和系统核心设备静态混合器进行机理探究,基于雷诺相似准则进行数值建模,通过数值模拟重点考察混合器内流态和组分分布情况,对比分析直流混合器和带折流板式混合器的管路,并进一步探究不同流速比下的流体汇流分布情况和混合冲击力对输油管壁厚的影响。
The product oil blending is the last process in fuel refinery. The right first time of the oil blending has a crucial effect on efficient and stable production. Based on Reynolds similarity criterion, the numerical model of the static mixer being the core device of the oil blending system was built and analyzed. Through numerical simulation, both flow pattern and component distribution in the mixer were investigated, including the comparison and analysis of straight pipeline and pipeline with baffle plate mixer, and the fluid confluence distribution at different flow velocity ratios as well as the influence of crashing force formed inside the device on the wall thickness of the oil pipeline.
