摘要
目的:分析盆腔放疗患者院内泌尿系感染易感因素及控制对策。方法:选取2014年3月-2018年12月盆腔放疗住院患者4171例,分析泌尿系感染部位及易感因素。结果:4171例患者共发生感染141例,泌尿系统感染居首位(103例),留置导尿管、感染前48 h仍然留置双J管和感染时进行放疗为主要易感因素。结论:盆腔放疗科主要应重点防控院内泌尿系感染。
Objective:To explore the predisposing factors and control measures of urinary tract infection in hospital in patients with pelvic radiotherapy.Methods:From March 2014 to December 2018,4171 inpatients in Department of Pelvic Radiotherapy were selected,and we analyzed the location of urinary tract infection and the predisposing factors.Results:There were 141 cases of infection,and urinary system infection was the first(103 cases).Indwelling catheter,indwelling double J catheter at 48 hours before infection and radiotherapy in infection were the main susceptible factors.Conclusion:The Department of Pelvic Radiotherapy should focus on the prevention and control of urinary tract infection in the hospital.
