摘要
创新创业教育改革是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的迫切需求,目前面临观念陈旧、课程建设落后和资源匮乏等问题。广东工业大学以产教融合作为改革的突破口,树立创新创业人才培养新理念,构建个性化的创新创业人才培养体系,广泛挖掘优质的教育资源,与企业联合搭建创新创业教育平台,联合引进与培养高水平人才队伍,坚持走与产业深度融合的创新创业教育之路,旨在满足国家创新驱动战略和地方产业转型升级对创新型人才的需求。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education reform is an urgent need for the country to implement innovation-driven development strategy.Currently,it is faced with such problems as outdated concepts,backward curriculum construction and lack of resources.Guangdong University of Technology takes the integration of industries and education as a breakthrough in reform,setting up a new training concept of innovative and entrepreneurial talent,building a personalized innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system,and extensively exploits high-quality education resources,jointly building education platform for innovation and entrepreneurship with enterprises,jointly introducing and cultivating high-level talent team,adhering to the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education which is deeply integrated with the industry,and aiming to meet the requirements of innovative talents for national innovation-driven strategy and local industrial transformation and upgrading.
