摘要
随着药物制剂研究的不断发展,安全可控的经皮给药方式在临床应用中发挥着越来越重要的作用。经皮给药方式较传统的口服给药和注射给药具有无肝首过效应、血药浓度持久可控、减少给药次数、临床给药方便等优点,有着更广阔的应用空间。论文根据近年来有关经皮给药制剂的相关文献,就经皮给药新载体及促渗技术进行综述,并对目前经皮给药应用存在的问题进行分析,以期为经皮给药制剂的研发提供参考。
With the development of pharmaceutical preparations research,safe and controllable transdermal administration plays an increasingly important role in clinical applications.Compared with traditional way(by oral or injectable),the transdermal administration has advantages such as no hepatic first-pass effect,long-term controllable blood concentration,reduced number of dosing frequency,and easy to used,so the method has broad application foreground.In order to provide reference for the development of transdermal drug preparations,this paper summarized the on transdermal agents and methods of enhancing permeability of drug esbased on recent literatures,and analyzed the current problems in the clinical application and its outlook of transdermal drug delivery technology.
