摘要
变电站配网小电阻接地方式具有较大优势,应作为目前各变电站改造中性点接地方式的首选。通过分析一起在220 kV A变电站小电阻接地改造过程中,对投运的#1接地变压器零序CT变比值参数设置错误导致其他运行间隔设备误动事件,详细分析了#1接地变压器保护误动的具体原因,并对该事件所暴露出的问题提出了相应的整改措施,希望对正在进行小电阻改造的广大电力工作者有实际的借鉴和参考意义。
The small resistance grounding mode of substation distribution network has great advantages,and should be the first choice for transforming neutral grounding mode of substation at present.By analyzing a fault action case of other operating interval equipment caused by incorrect setting of zero sequence CT variable ratio parameter of#1 grounding transformer in the process of small resistance grounding transformation of 220 kV A substation,the specific reasons for the fault action of#1 grounding transformer protection are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding corrective measures are put forward for the problems exposed in the case.It is hoped that it will be of practical reference and significance to the electric power workers who are carrying out small resistance transformation.
