摘要
在介绍等温升法干式空心电抗器设计的原理基础上,针对电抗器的涡流损耗,提出了采用Bartky变换法计算电抗器绕组空间任意点的磁感应强度,推导出由电抗器的电阻性损耗与附加损耗所引起的等效交流复合电阻,有效完善计算方程的损耗计算,优化了同轴并联电抗器支路的等效电压计算。通过例行试验进行实测,分析损耗数据,证明了利用等温升法设计交直流电流电抗器的可行性和损耗的合理性,有效提高了电抗器运行的可靠性。
On the basis of introducing the design principle of dry-type air-core reactor with isothermal rise method and aiming at the eddy current loss of the reactor,a Bartky transformation method is proposed to calculate the magnetic induction intensity at any point in the space of reactor winding.The equivalent AC composite resistance caused by resistive loss and additional loss of reactor is deduced.The loss calculation of the calculation equation is improved effectively,and the equivalent voltage calculation of the branch of coaxial shunt reactor is optimized.Through routine test,loss data are analyzed,which proves the feasibility and rationality of using isothermal rise method to design AC/DC current reactor,and effectively improves the reliability of reactor operation.
