人绒毛膜促性腺激素后雌二醇水平监测辅助人工授精治疗的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 人工授精技术是指将处理后的男性精液通过非性交的方式注入女性生殖道内,从而使精子和卵子在体内自然结合来达到妊娠目的的一种辅助生殖技术。相比于试管婴儿技术来说,它具有简单、安全、非侵入性等特点,仍是不孕不育夫妇第一线的助孕方式,也为不少的不孕家庭带来了希望,使他们拥有了自己的健康宝宝。但人工授精技术本身临床妊娠率较低,手术时机不太好掌握,也是临床工作中常遇到的问题。人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)后雌二醇水平监测是否可以更好地预示排卵,从而帮助选择合适的手术时机,提高临床妊娠率。本研究对我科收集的60例人工授精助孕患者进行了分组对照研究,现报告如下。
