Design and implementation of real-time monitoring system for pesticide transportation safety

摘要 为保障农药运输的安全,实现农药运输的实时监控与管理,将北斗+GPS双模定位、4G/GPRS通信网络和多传感器应用在农药运输监管方面,利用Web技术将实时监管呈现于前端网页。基于模块化的设计思路实现了农药运输数据实时采集、运输过程监控以及数据管理。系统通过监测信息实时掌握运输车辆和农药的状态,可及时发现异常并报警。通过测试运行,软、硬件方案可行,系统运行稳定,实时性强,监管效果良好,对保障农药运输安全有十分重要的意义。 The Beidou+GPS dual⁃mode location,4G/GPRS communication network and multi⁃sensor are applied to the pesticide transportation monitoring,and the real⁃time monitoring is presented on the front⁃end Web page with the Web technology,so as to ensure the safety of pesticide transportation and realize its real⁃time monitoring and management.The real⁃time collection of pesticide transportation data,the transportation process monitoring and the data management are realized based on the modular design ideas.The system can grasp the status of transportation vehicles and pesticides in real time with the monitored information,with which the abnormalities can be found timely and an alarm can be given.The running test results show that the software and hardware schemes are feasible;the system has stable operation,strong real⁃time performance and good monitoring effect,which is of great significance to ensure the safety of pesticide transportation.
