摘要
近年来,深度学习已经成为人工智能教育研究领域的前沿。为了更进一步审视人工智能视角下的深度学习,文章以Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库为文献数据来源,对2006~2019年与深度学习有关的20708篇有效文献进行了知识图谱分析,发现:2014年以后深度学习相关研究的年发文量激增,且重要的节点文献大多集中在计算机模式识别和视觉领域;中国、美国、英国产出的深度学习研究成果占国际发文总量的一半以上;深度学习的相关研究主要集中在大学开展;主流算法、多模态识别、教育应用场景是深度学习的三个研究热点。基于此,文章提出:深度学习主流算法支持的人工智能分析平台搭建、教育数据多模态识别范式更迭、基于场景的智慧校园生态圈构建代表了未来深度学习的教育应用趋势。
In recent years, deep learning(DP) has become the front of the research field of artificial intelligence(AI). In order to further examine the DP from the perspective of artificial intelligence, this paper used the Web of Science(WOS) core database as the resource of document data to carry out a knowledge mapping analysis of 20708 effective papers related to DP that were published between 2006-2019. It was found that the annual volume of research related to DP increased sharply after 2014, in which the important node literature focused on the computer pattern recognition and vision field. The research results of DP produced by China, USA and UK accounted for more than half of all international publications, and related research of DP was mainly carried out in colleges. The algorithms, multi-pattern recognition and educational application scenes were the research hotspots of DP. Based on this, this paper proposed the educational application trend of DP in the future, which were represented by the construction of AI analysis platform supported by DP mainstream algorithm, the change of multi-pattern recognition paradigm for education data, and the construction of smart campus ecosystem based on educational scenes.
