摘要
风洞试验模型专用平板是各类飞行器、武器型号试验模型在风洞试验前进行检定和调整的平面基准,其中平面度是平板最重要的计量参数。文章分别介绍了几种平板平面度的检定方法,包括刀口尺法、水平仪法和激光跟踪仪法。文中阐述了每种方法的适用情况、具体步骤、计算方法、判级要求等内容。最后分析了水平仪法和激光跟踪仪法的区别,展望了基于激光跟踪仪的平面度现场测试方法的研究应用。
The plates for wind tunnel test model is the plane benchmark for all kinds of aircraft models before wind tunnel tests,flatness is the most important measurement parameter of flat panel.Several flatness calibration methods are introduced in this paper,it includes knife method,level method and laser tracker method.The article describes the application of each method,steps,computing method,grade requirement,etc.Finally,the difference between the level method and the laser tracker method is analyzed.The research and application of flatness measurement method based on laser tracker are prospected.
